Installing NetPBX
If your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise has been configured to send SMDR data via a serial connection, you will first need to install NetPBX software to collect the data from the serial port and send it to Tim Plus. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Configuring TIM Plus
Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on to TIM Plus as usual and apply the following settings:Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
