Call volume by charge band
This graph shows a snapshot of today's calls based on the destination of the call. This graph allows you to identify at a glance where you call most often, breaking down your calls into easily-identifiable geographic classes, such as Mobile, National, Local, International etc. The example shown below shows that most of the calls made here are to personal or mobile numbers.

<p>This first graph shows a snapshot of today's calls based on the type of call e.g. inbound, outbound, lost etc.</p>

<p>Each call type is colour-coded using a system-wide colour scheme, the default being as follows:</p>
