Introduction
The Account Summary report produces a type of phone bill, grouped by the account code(s) used to make each call. Enter the account code(s) and the period you are interested in, and you will get a detailed list showing all calls made or received for that account code or group of account codes. Please note that your telephone system will need to be capable of providing account codes in order to use this feature.
Account codes are often used to mark calls as having been made or received on behalf of clients, and this report allows you to collate these for billing back purposes, or to track how much time you've spent with each client. Many telephone systems provide the facility to enter in use an account code before making a call or during a call. You simply enter the account code(s) and the period you are interested in and you can get a detailed list showing all calls made or received for that account code or group of account codes.

Running the report
On the Reports screen, select the Account summary report from the left hand-side pane, and press the button.
