General
Each User group requires a name by which it can easily be identified. This is normally related to the name by which it is referred to in your organisational directory (e.g. Accounts, Sales, IT etc)

| Name | Simply type the name by which you would like to identity the User group. |
| Pilot/Hunt number | Simply type the pilot/hunt number associated with this group. |
Telephony
In the Telephony section for any group you can decide whether you would like to exclude the entire group from having their calls logged and/or recorded (assuming a Magic box in place to allow recording).
