If you are using third party synchronisation (e.g. Cisco AXL), you will automatically pick up the User groups as they are configured in your phone system. |
If you would like to add additional groups yourself, click on thebutton at the top right-hand side of the Groups panel. A new window will appear, allowing you to add the group's name and pilot/hunt number. Once you set these parameters, click on thebutton.
