A user is the entity object created in the system to embody each of your telephone extensions. The users will populate the Directory automatically as soon as they make or receive a call and are added automaticallly by default into a default folder , called Discovered users.
Each individual user object can be edited afterwards, moved into a different group and if required, you are also given the option to manually add users within the system manually.
