Preparing the report

To schedule a report to run in the future and set it to recur at frequent intervals, choose the report you would like to run and click on the Select this report button to start the report wizard, as shown below:

• Setting the report formats

If you do not want to leave the default settings, just change any of the report parameters, click on the Finish button, at the bottom of the pop-up window, as shown below:

The new window that appears will allow you to determine the scheduling parameters:

• When when do you want the report to start running
• How how frequently the report runs
• How how the report is delivered
• Who who receives the report

After entering all When you've configured all of the scheduling parameters, click on the Schedule now button to save the report's definition.
