The Account Summary report produces a type of phone bill , grouping its results by the account code used to make each call. Enter the account code(s) and the period you are interested in, and you will get a detailed list showing all calls made or received for that account code or group of account codes. Account codes are often used to mark calls as having been made or received on behalf of clients, and this report allows you to collate these for billing back purposes or to track how much for tracking how much billable time you've spent with each client. Many telephone systems provide the facility to use an account code before making or during a call, grouping its results by account code.
