The Graph provides a visual representation of all inbound, outbound and missed calls for both external and internal activity. A simple toggle button on the top right of the screen , allows the user to flip between call volumes and percentages.

The Details section replaces the graph with the actual volumes (or percentages) of calls for each time slot throughout the day. By floating your mouse over any volume figure shown, you will see the percentage it represents.

All figures are drill-able, so therefore, clicking on any of them will display an itemised list of calls, as shown below:

HeaderDescription
Date & TimeThe date and time the calls was call started.
SourceThe location where the call originated.
CLIShows The telephone number of the remote caller line identity of the incoming call.
RouteShows the number that was dialled, in the case of an outgoing or internal

The information displayed in this field will be determined by the type of call.

Destination
  • For
outgoing
  • incoming calls,
shows the destination of the call; for other calls, shows the type of call, e.g. unanswered, abandoned, internal, feature call.
ResponseThe response field shows the length of time it took before the call was answered
  • the route field will show the CLI of the caller.
  • For incoming internal calls, the route field will show either the username or extension number.
  • For outgoing calls the route field will show the dialled number.
Destination

The information displayed in this field will be determined by the type of call.

  • For Incoming calls the name of the user whose extension answered the call is shown. If the user has not been allocated a name, the extension number is shown instead.
  • For outgoing calls the destination dialled is shown. Where you have added a more specific location name (e.g. Joe Bloggs mobile), this will be shown instead of the generic location name.
  • For internal calls the extension dialled will be shown in square brackets [ ].
ResponseThe length of time it took for the call to be answered (i.e. the response time.)
DurationShows the The duration of the call in hours, minutes and seconds.
CostShows the The cost of the call.
Listen to the recording buttonShows This icon will show only if there is a recording file associated with the call. To play, simply click on this icon.

In addition, at the foot of the table, totals are provided where applicable.

Summary

To see a summary of all calls for the period that you have defined, just click on the Summary tab.

If you would like to go back and view this report for a larger section of the organisation, click on the appropriate link in the breadcrumb, You can easily re-run your report to cover a larger organisational scope, by clicking an element of the breadcrumb as shown below:-
