The Frequent Numbers report shows a top-ranking list of the most frequent outgoing calls. The reports is useful in deciding whether you need to invest in private wires to common destinations - such as your other offices - or in deciding which telecom carrier you should use to various call destinations. The report information can also assist you when negotiating call rates with your network provider(s).
