To add a fixed charge, navigate to the

Buttonmacro

Label	Directory

tab, select the user and click the

Buttonmacro

Label	Properties

button. On the User properties window that appears, select the

Tabmacro

Label	Charge

tab and enter a description and percentage a charge in the boxes provided, then click on the

Buttonmacro

Label	Save

button.
