Display boards are populated with your live call data by
. These objects are "counters" which can be placed anywhere in your directory, allowing you to specify the site, group or user you want the statistics to encompass, and will count details of all calls that pass that point. Additionally, you can also configure your Stats point to collect calls based on a particular subject, such as users, channels, dialled number, half-hour time slot etc.
Once created, the Stats points will appear in a list as shown below:
