Stats point
. Each column can be set to show different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users) e.g. one column can show daily statistics for the total amount of inbound answered calls and the same call information can be displayed in a different column, for a different group and on a weekly basis.
To add columns to your leaderboard, you need to select a stats point, a call type and the type of information you want the column to display.
