The
tab allows you select what columns of data you want to display in your leaderboard. Each column can be set to show different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users) e.g. one column can show
daily statistics for the total
amount number of inbound answered calls
and on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same call information
can be displayed in a different column,
but for a different group and on a weekly basis.
