The
tab allows you select what information you want to display in
the columns of your leaderboard.
Each column can be set to show of the laderboard can display different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users) e.g. one column can show statistics for the total number of inbound answered calls on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same call information, but for a different user group and on a weekly basis.To add columns to your leaderboard, you need to select a stats collection point, the call type and the type of information you want the column to display.
