Excluding a user from a stats point

Follow the instruction below If you want to exclude a particular an user from call statisticsa stats point, e.g. exclude sales manager from sales team stats, follow the instructions below:

To perform the steps below you need administrative privileges to be able to access the Directory and the user properties.

  1. Find Search the Directory to find the user you want to exclude from statistics your stats.
  2. Once you locate the user in the Directory,  select select it and click on the
    Buttonmacro
    LabelProperties
    tab.

  3. A new window will appear. Click on the 
    Tabmacro
    LabelTelephony
    tab and tick the Exclude this user from call statistics box.

  4. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
