Excluding a user from a stats point
Follow the instruction below If you want to exclude a particular an user from call statisticsa stats point, e.g. exclude sales manager from sales team stats, follow the instructions below:

To perform the steps below you need administrative privileges to be able to access the Directory and the user properties. |
- Find Search the Directory to find the user you want to exclude from statistics your stats.
- Once you locate the user in the Directory, select select it and click on the
