Follow the instructions below to exclude an user from a stats collection point, e.g. exclude sales manager from sales team stats:

To perform the steps below you need administrative privileges to be able to access the Directory and the user properties.

 

  1. Search the Directory to find locate the user you want to exclude from your stats.
  2. Once you locate the user in the Directory, select it and click on the
    Buttonmacro
    LabelProperties
    tab.

  3. A new window will appear. Click on the 
    Tabmacro
    LabelTelephony
    tab and tick the Exclude this user from call statistics box.

  4. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
