  1. Search the Directory to locate the user you want to exclude from your stats.
  2. Once you locate the user in the Directory, select it and click on the

    tab.

  3. A new window will appear. Click on the 
    Tabmacro
    LabelTelephony
    tab and tick the Exclude this user from call statistics box.

  4. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.

Deleting a stats point

To delete a Stats stats point, select the entity from the existent it from the

list and click on theProperties button on at the top-right corner of the screen, as shown below:

A new window will pop-upopen. Click on the Delete button at the bottom-left corner of the window to remoce remove the selected Stats stats point.
