Importing phone contacts
To automatically import phone numbers directly contancts into the system from an existing contact list, arrange your data in CSV format , comprising of two columns - one designated for containing phone numbers and the other for their the allocated names. The To separate the two columns can be separated using , use a common delimiter, e.g. such as comma, tabdash, semicolon, tab or space.

Choose from the drop-down list which delimiter you want to separate the two columns by and whether you want to use the first row as a header:
