tab allows you select what information you want to display in your leaderboard. Each column of the laderboard leaderboard can display different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users), e.g. one column can show statistics for the total number of inbound calls on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same information, but for a different user group and on a weekly basis.

To add columns to your leaderboard, you need to select a stats collection point, the call type and the type of information you want the column to display.
