The
tab allows you
select choose what
type of information you want to display in
the columns of your leaderboard. Each column of the leaderboard can display different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users), e.g. one column can show statistics for the total number of inbound calls on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same information, but for a different user group and on a weekly basis.
To add columns Adding a column to your leaderboard , you need to select a stats collection point, the call type and the type of information you want the column to display.requires the following operations:

To choose the entity which the information displayed in the leaderboard should apply to, select a stats collection point, by clicking on the Find button.
