Adding a column to your leaderboard requires the following operations:
Selecting a stats point
To choose the entity whose calls you want to display in this columnpopulate a leaderboard with call logging information, you need to create a stats point object in the Directory to collect the data for the site, group or user that you want to monitor. To select the relevant stats point, click on the Find button to select a stats point., as shown below:

A new window will open, allowing you to drill-down to the site or group level in the Directory, Directory level where the stats point object you want to add resides. To select the stats point, click on the

The selected stats point will automatically be used by all columns in the leaderboard panel, but each individual column can be manually set to use a different stats point afterwards. |
