A controller is the system object that allows you to control the transfer of your call logging data, by collecting call records from one location, such as PBXs, routers and other telecom signalling equipment, and delivering it to an output location, different methods to perform this operation beings available.

A controller comprises two elements: Inputs (data collection) and Outputs (data delivery)
