Cisco Unified Call Manager up to V4.x

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the PBX object you want to configure and click Properties.
3. A new window will open. In the General tab, select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the Data format list and tick the Keep a local backup of data box, as shown below:

4. Select Connect to a system DSN from the Connection method drop-down list. 
5. Select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the DSN name drop-down list.
6. Enter 5 in the Frequency field.
7. Select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the DB script drop-down list.
8. Click the Save button to apply the settingsThe DSN connection details should be automatically picked up.
9. Finally, click on the Save button.
