Configuring your SMDR output
Follow the instructions below to configure your Panasonic KX-TD phone system to output SMDR data to TIM Plus. The configuration needs to be performed from a Digital Proprietary Telephone (DPT) such as the KX-T7431, KX-T7433, KX-T7436, KX-T7230, KX-T7235.
- Press the PROG + * + # buttons simultaneously, then enter your system password.
- Enter programming mode 800 and press the Next button.
- Press the Select button to set the Outgoing option to All, then click on the Store button. Click Next.
- Press the Select button to set the Incoming option to All, then press the Store button.
- Press the End button to complete the configuration.

Installing NetPBX
The Panasonic KX-TD Series phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

<h2>Configuring your SMDR</h2>
<p>Below you will find instructions on how to configure your Panasonic KX-TD Series to output SMDR to TIM Enterprise. You will need to do this from one of the Digital Proprietary Telephone (DPT): KX-T7431, KX-T7433,
KX-T7436, KX-T7230, KX-T7235:</p>
<ol>
<li>Press <span class="button no_margin">PROG. + * + #</span> and enter your System Password.</li>
<li>Enter <span class="keyword">800</span> and press the <span class="button no_margin">Next</span> button.</li>
<li>You will now see <span class="reference">Outgoing: Off</span>, press the <span class="button no_margin">Select</span> button until you see <span class="reference">All</span>. When you can see

<li>Press the <span class="button no_margin">End</span> button, the programming is now complete.</li>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>
<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Panasonic KX-TD 1232:</p>
<ol>
<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Panasonic KX-TD 1232'.</li>
<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">Panasonic KX-TD Series</span> from the PBX model list.</li>
