The Directory of TIM Enterprise is built on was designed upon an object-based methodology that places no hierarchical width or depth limits, meaning that which allows an unlimited number of inter-related objects can to be added to the system, allowing enabling you to create an exact replica of your company's internal structure. This permits the integration of multiple sites within and allows you to monitor all call activity from one centralized system. Moreover, the directory can hold extended details of your employees, other than telephone information, such as email address, office location etc., enabling you to use TIM Enterprise not only to monitor calls, but also as a management system

The distributed directory allows the integration of multiple sites within one centralised system and by defining relationships between its the directory objects, the system becomes intelligent and it can perform certain task automatically (Inter, such as inter-site trunk routing)
