Reporting Collection

Follow the steps below to add an object, e.g. sites, groups, users etc,, to a Reporting Collection:

1. Locate in the Directory the object you want to add to the Reporting Collection, click on it and select select 

   Referencemacro
   Label Copy

   from the drop-down list, as shown below:

2. The object will be copied on the

   Referencemacro
   Label Clipboard

   panel, on the right-hand side of the window, as shown below:

3. To select more directory objects, drill up and down the Directory and follow the same procedure.
4. To move the objects, open your Reporting Collection group, tick the box alongside the objects you want to move and click on the Paste button at the top-left corner of the 

   Referencemacro
   Label Clipboard

   screen, as shown below:

5. A copy of selected objects will now be added to the Reporting Collection group.
