This filter allows you to set up an alarm based on account codes. To set up your the alarm criteria, enter a relevant value in the box provided and match the correct operator.

Call type

This filter allows you to set up an alarm based on the type of call, in terms of where the call originated and where it was delivered, e.g. incoming, outgoing, internal, etc. To set up the alarm criteria, enter a relevant value in the box provided and match the correct operator.
