tab allows you select the type of information you want to display in your leaderboard. Each column can
display comprise different call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users). For example, one column can show statistics for the total number of inbound calls on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same information, but for a different user group and on a weekly basis.
