This tab allows you to exclude calls that meet certain criteria from the call statistics. To add an exclusion, click on the
button, as shown below:

window will appear, allowing you to set up your criteria, by choosing a call property, an
operator and a relevant value.

Account code
This option allows you to exclude calls based on account code. To set up your criteria, enter the account code (or part of the account code number) in the box provided and select the appropriate operator. In the example below, calls whose account code is
will not be collated by the stats collector.
