Account code

This option allows you to To exclude calls based on account code. To set up your criteria, enter the relevant account code in the box provided and select the appropriate operator.  In the example below, the stats collector will exclude calls whose account code is 

Call type

To exclude calls based on a type of call, select the call type from the list provided and choose the appropriate operator. In the example below, the stats collector will collate all type of calls, except internal .
