The Root account is a special web user account, which in TIM Enterprise is used for maintenance purposes and allows you to access the database, the system settings , and the backup and restore functionadn TIM Enterprise, such as license details, backup and restore function etc.
When you log logging in to TIM Enterprise under with the Root accountroot credentials, the following dashboard screen is displayed:will appear, displaying the System settings

Apart from the System settings displayed as in the dashboard screen, the root login will also display user is also able to access two new tabs - Engineering and SQL - which are not available with to an Admin or Standard accountuser.
