TIM Professional allows you to customise the names of specific locations you dial to, so that these show instead of the generic location name wherever they feature throughout the system, e.g. reports, call view etc.
For example, when dialling
, the location name of the dialled number will display as Manchester, determined by its dialling code 0161. To add a custom location name, access if you have an office in Manchester and you would like to see the name of the branch as the destination, rather than the generic location name, Manchester, you can apply the following changes:Access the
screen from the main configuration menu and click on the
tab.
Enter the number and preferred location name in the fields provided, click on the
button and save the changes.
