<p>Instead you must restart the <b>CDR <span class="reference">CDR Services</b>span> on the <b>Publisher</b><span class="reference">Publisher</span> node. To do this, login to the <b>Cisco <span class="reference">Cisco Unified Serviceability screen</b>Serviceability</span> screen, located in the drop down list.</p>
<p>From the menu, select <b>Tools</b>, <b>Control Center -<span class="keyword">Tools ? Control Center ? Network Services.</b><span></p>
<p>You should now see a list of all the services, find the section <b>CDR <span class="reference">CDR Services</b>span>.</p>
<p>You should now restart the services in the following order:</p>
<ol>
<li>Cisco <li><span class="keyword">Cisco Database Layer MonitorMonitor</span> (Depending on Cisco UCM version, you may not have this service)</li>
<li>Cisco <li><span class="keyword">Cisco CDR Repository Manager</span></li>
<li>Cisco <li><span class="keyword">Cisco CDR Agent</span></li>
<li>Cisco <li><span class="keyword">Cisco CAR SchedulerScheduler</span> (Ifif sending CMRs)</li>
</ol>
<p>CDRs should now be sent to the configured Call <span class="reference">Call Accounting and BillingBilling</span> server, <i>(i.e. the machine running TIM Enterprise)</i>.</p> |
