SpliceCom Maximiser

<p>These instructions should assist in configuring your SpliceCom Maximiser to 
work with TIM EnterprisePlus. If you are not familiar with PBX 
configuration, please contact your system maintainer.</p>

				The SpliceCom Maximiser sends SMDR information via TCP/IP on port 4001. TIM EnterprisePlus will connect to the IP address of SpliceCom Maximiser.

<p>By default the SMDR output on the SpliceCom Maximiser is enabled. Please check with your system maintainer if they have added a 'Call Logging' password. If they have, they will need to tell 
you what it is as TIM EnterprisePlus will require it when it connects.</p>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise<Plus</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM EnterprisePlus to connect to your SpliceCom Maximiser to receive SMDR:</p>

	<li>Browse to TIM EnterprisePlus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go<li>Click theon the pointsite inconfigured the Directory where you need to add during the PBXsetup Objectwizard and add a PBX with the name 'SpliceCom Maximiser'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the span>or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">General<>Properties</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">SpliceCom Maximiser</span> from the PBX model list.</li>

	<li>In<li>Within the <span class="button no_margin">Connection<reference">Site Properties</span> tabwindow, select <span class="keyword">Establish>SpliceCom TCPMaximiser</span> connectionfrom to PBX<the <span class="reference">PBX model</span> from drop-down list.</li>
	<li>In the <span class="reference">Connection method</span> field select <span class="keyword">Actively connect to PBX</span> from the drop-down list.</li>
	<li>In the <span class="reference">Host</span> field enter the IP Address of your SpliceCom Maximiser.</li>
	<li>In the <span class="reference">Port</span> field enter in <span class="keyword">4001</span>.</li>
	<li>Leave the <span class="reference">Username</span> and <span class="reference">Password</span> fields blank.</li>	
	<li>In the <span class="reference">IP>Connection script</span> field select <span class="keyword">Splicecom>SpliceCom Maximiser</span> from the drop-down list.</li>
	<li>Finally, click on the <span class="button no_margin">Save</span> button.</li>
