<p>After<p>To successfullyadd logginga in,trunk the following <span group just click on Add Group button.</p>

<p>The following screen appears:</p>

displayed. All of the information you see on this screen is relevant

<p>Type the name of your new trunk group in the text box and press OK. 
The new trunk group is immediately displayed in the left-hand window.</p>

<p>For<p>When example,you ifhave youfinished arethe aprocess siteall administrator, the graphs, live call 
view, and any other call-related information will be derived only from 
calls that happened on your own site, but not those from any other sites
 that the system may be configured to log.</p>

<p>Similarly, if your login is that of a user group (department) manager, 
the management information you see will represent only those calls that 
are related to users within your group.your new trunk groups will appear on the left hand
side under the heading Trunk Groups as shown below:</p>

<p>Always remember to press the  button in order for your changes to take effect. 
When the configuration has been saved, the changes take effect
immediately.  However, calls made prior to your changes will not
necessarily reflect them, and so the system asks you what you want to
do about these old calls, in the following prompt:</p>

<p>If you just want all calls to reflect the new set-up, click on the Do All Calls
button.</p>

<p>To leave old calls as they are, without updating them, click on the Cancel button.</p>

<p>The next sections describe these in more detail.you've asked to be
updated, this may take some time.  A progress indicator is shown in

notification indicating whether the process was successful or not.</p>
