<p>To<p>Each editreport ahas Statsits point,own simplyset selectof itparameters, andspecific clickto on the <span class="button">Properties</span> button, at the top right hand-side of your screen, as shown below:nature of each one. However, many are common between all reports.</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/stats_point_properties_1.png" alt="Stats point properties" /> <h2>General properties</h2> <p>After clicking on the <span class="button">Properties</span> button of your Stats point, the following screen will appear:<p>The parameters for each report are now summarised over the next few pages for your convenience.</p> <img<table class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/stats_point_properties_2.png" alt="Stats point properties" /> <p>You will need to decide on the <span class="reference">Site</span>, <span class="reference">Group</span>, <span class="reference">User</span> and <span class="reference">Subject</span> for this stats point, as well as its reset frequency.</p> <h4>Site</h4> <p>You may place a Stats point in any location. If you want it to collect all data from all sites, just leave at the default <span class="keyword">(All sites)</span>.</p> <p>If you want it to capture stats on a particular site, select that site from your drop-down list e.g. London as shown below:</p> <img class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/stats_point_properties_3.png" alt="Stats point properties" /> <h4>Group</h4> <p>If you need to be more specific and want to lock the stats point onto a particular user group, then just select that group from the drop-down list as shown for London Accounts, in the example below:</p> <img class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/stats_point_properties_4.png" alt="Stats point properties" /> <h4>User</h4> <p>You can go right down to user level to add stats points. To put a Stats point on a user, simply select the user from the list as shown below. You can also have your Stats points set to automatically refresh whenever you like. To do this, simply enter the refresh date and time as shown below:</p> <img class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/stats_point_properties_7.png" alt="Stats point properties" /> <h4>Last reset period data</h4> <p>This feature will allow you to keep a copy of the previous stats for comparison purposes. e.g. you may want to compare today's stats with yesterdays or this weeks stats with last weeks. NOTE: There is no limit to the number of Stats points you are allowed to have. This means that you could put several stats points at any one place, refreshing at different times e.g. daily, weekly and monthly. |

<h2>Exclusions</h2>
<p>If you do not want to include every single logged call in your Stats
point, you have the option to 'exclude' some calls. To do this simply
click on the <span class="button">Exclusions</span> tab as shown below and select the calls
types you would like to exclude by ticking the box alongside.</p>

<p>The example below shows an Exclusion set for Transfer abandoned and Internal not connected calls.</p>
