<h2>What are they?</h2>

<p>Reports are the means by which information about your telephone calls and traffic are
extracted from the system. They can be run at any time, on demand,
or scheduled to run at certain times, and set to recur if necessary. 
When scheduling a report you can, at any time in the future, decide
to alter that report's parameters or delivery details - you can also
assign a custom, or 'friendly', name to it.</p>

<p>In addition to running reports from the Reports screen in the main application, reports can
be generated on demand via a web browser, connected to the
application's web server, from anywhere in the world where a
connection can be established.</p>

<p>Clicking on the Reports function button switches to the Reports Screen.</p>

<h2>The Reports Screen</h2>

<p>From here, reports can be run immediately or scheduled for running at a later date. The top
section of the screen shows the in-built reports on offer, whilst the
lower section shows any reports that you've scheduled for delivery at
a later date.</p>
