<h2>Introduction</h2> <p>A simple, quick, easy-to-use, fully-clickable report which allows you to drill-down through your organisation. It starts with a summary of incoming, missed and outbound calls for the entity selected and allows you to keep drilling down until you reach individual user level.</p> <p>The example below shows the first web result for the entire organisation.</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/enterprise_overview1overview_1.png" alt="Enterprise overview" /> <p>By clicking on the sites at the left hand side, you can continue to drill-down to any level below as shown below:</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/enterprise_overview2overview_3.png" alt="Enterprise overview" /> <p>You can continue to drill-down in this manner until you reach extension level:</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/enterprise_overview3overview_4.png" alt="Enterprise overview" /> <p>To see the actual calls for any individual person, simply click on the name or extension number shown. This will show the actual calls as you can see below. Note that the associated recording will only be available when the TIM Talk option is added.</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/enterprise_overview4overview_5.png" alt="Enterprise overview" /> <h2>Running the report</h2> <p>On the <span class="reference">Reports</span> screen, click on <span class="reference">Enterprise overview</span> in the reports type list, as shown below:</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/enterprise_overview_2.png" alt="Enterprise overview" /> <p>You can tailor the report to your specific requirements by selecting the entity you'd like to apply the report to as well as the output format required. You can also limit the results by adding filters and options as detailed below: </p> <h4>Entity</h4> <p>The <span class="reference">Entity</span> allows you to choose which area of the directory you would like to report on.
