These instructions describe how to connect TIM Enterprise to a CallSwitch One account, allowing you to log and analyze your phone calls.

This connection requires an OpenCDR subscription.


Configuring TIM Enterprise

These instructions help you configure your CallSwitch One to send data to TIM Enterprise.


1. Add a new data source

 

Connecting TIM Enterprise to your CallSwitch One is very similar to the way you connect to any other PBX or communications service:-

 

  1. Go to the Directory tab

  2. Select 'New object'

  3. Select 'Cloud Service from the Object List
    Image Added
  4. Select 'CallSwitch One' as the cloud service for connection and press the Next button.

  5. You will need to enter the details of an administrator account to authorize TIM Enterprise to receive data from your CallSwitch One. 
    Once these details are entered as shown in the example below, it will automatically configure the CallSwitch One WebHooks to send
    Call data to TIM Enterprise.

  6. The CallSwitch One will appear in TIM Plus's directory as shown below:

  7. A message will appear showing that the installation has been successful and the CallSwitch One will send data to TIM Enterprise.
