By default, the SMDR output of your NEC DXE is not enabled. For more information about enabling and configuring the SMDR output, you should speak to contact your system maintainer.

Installing NetPBX

To collect the call logging data from the serial port of your NEC DXE and send it to TIM Plus, you first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the site you want to confogure configure and click Properties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select NEC DXE from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
