These instructions help you configure your Splicecom Maximiser phone system to work with TIM PlusEnterprise. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

By default, the call logging output of the Splicecom Maximiser is enabled and you do not normally require a password to obtain it. To protect your call logging data, you can set a Call Logging Password in the System Details screen of your Maximiser's web management interface. If you decide to set a password, you need to enter this when configuring TIM Plus Enterprise (below).

- Click on the tab.
- Choose Locate the PBX object you want to configure and click in the Directory, right-click on it and select Properties.
- A new window will open. In the tab, select Mitel 3300 , displaying the general properties of your PBX object. Select Splicecom Maximiser from the Data format list and tick the the

- In the Host field, enter the IP address of your Mitel 3300Splicecom Maximiser.
- In the Port field, enter 1752 4001.
- Leave the Username and Password fields field blank.
- If your Maximiser has a call logging password set, enter it in the Password field; if not, leave it blank.
- In the IP script field, select Mitel select Splicecom Maximiser from the drop-down list.
- Click on the button to apply the settings.

The SpliceCom Maximiser sends SMDR information via TCP/IP on port 4001. TIM Enterprise will connect to the IP address of SpliceCom Maximiser.

<p>By default the SMDR output on the SpliceCom Maximiser is enabled. Please check with your system maintainer if they have added a 'Call Logging' password. If they have, they will need to tell
you what it is as TIM Enterprise will require it when it connects.</p>
<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>
<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to connect to your SpliceCom Maximiser to receive SMDR:</p>
<ol>
<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'SpliceCom Maximiser'.</li>
<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">SpliceCom Maximiser</span> from the PBX model list.</li>

<li>In the <span class="button no_margin">Connection</span> tab select <span class="keyword">Establish TCP connection to PBX</span> from the <span class="reference">Connection method</span> list.</li>
<li>In the <span class="reference">Host</span> field enter the IP Address of your SpliceCom Maximiser.</li>
<li>In the <span class="reference">Port</span> field enter in <span class="keyword">4001</span>.</li>
<li>Leave the <span class="reference">Username</span> and <span class="reference">Password</span> fields blank.</li>
<li>In the <span class="reference">IP script</span> field select <span class="keyword">Splicecom Maximiser</span>.</li>
<li>Finally, click on the <span class="button no_margin">Save</span> button.</li>
