Installing NetPBX

The Fujitsu Rhapsody Rio phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Fujitsu Rhapsody Rio from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
