Adding phone contacts manually
To manually add a phone contact to the currently-selected web user, enter the telephone number and the name you want to associate with it, then click on the button, as shown below:

To automatically import phone contacts in the system from an existing list, arrange your data in CSV format comprising of two columns - one containing the phone numbers, the other their allocated names. Use separated by a common delimiter to separate the two columns, such as comma, dash, semicolon, tab or space.

Choose from the drop-down list the delimiter you want to use to separate the two columns, and whether you want to use the first row as a header:
