The Telephone Archive report displays a list of all your incoming, outgoing and internal calls for any specified time period. As all the other reports it The report can be viewed in a web browser window , but it can also be saved in or outputted as an HTML or CSV formatfile.

Access the Reports screen, select the Inbound Call Performance Telephone Archive report from the list and click on the Run now button.

Save output to file

To save the report as an HTML or CSV file, enter the path and desired filename in the field provided.

When you have selected a reporting period and have chosen the report's criteria, click on the Run now button, as shown below:

The header of the report will display its title, any friendly name you assigned to it, the period of the report and any options you have selected in the report's selection criteria window.

Destination

The information displayed in this field is determined by the type of call:

  • for outgoing calls, this shows the
destination
  • geographical location that was dialled
is shown. For incoming calls the action of the incoming call is shown instead e.g.
  • , or an alias if defined in your contacts list
  • for incoming calls, this shows the type of call, such as answered, abandoned etc

Where an internal extension has been dialled
  • for internal calls, this shows the extension

  • that was dialled, enclosed in square brackets []
as the call destination

Incoming calls are displayed in normal brackets ( ) and an indication of whether the call was answered, abandoned or transferred

Dialled NumberFor outgoing calls it will show the number dialled, if the call was an internal call it will show the extension number The telephone number that was dialled
CostThe cost of the call will be shown for all outgoing calls. Internal and other types of calls that aren't chargeable, are shown as '-----'
A/C NoIf you use account codes, the account The account code number that was assigned to the call will be shown here, if applicable
