On Page 2, no  no configuration changes are needed.

On Page 3, the  the following fields are required:

  • Reliable Protocol: n
  • Packets Resp Timer:  30 (the default value)
  • Sessions Connect Message Cntr: Please leave this as the default, which is 3. (default value)
  • SPDU Cntr: Please leave this as the default, which is 3. (default value)
  • Connectivity Timer: Please leave this as the default, which is 60.

Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Avaya Aura Communications Manager:

  1. Browse to TIM Plus as normal and log in with your credentials.
  2. Click on the Directory tab.
  3. Click on Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  4. Within In the Site Properties window, select Avaya Communications Manager from the PBX model drop-down list.
  5. In the Connection method field, select Listen for connections from PBX from the drop-down list.
  6. Leave the Host field blank.
  7. In the Port field, enter the Remote Port (ip-services) that was configured on your Avaya Communication Manageryou configured above.
  8. Click on the Options tab and tick the box Timestamp received data.
