What is a site?
As well as being a hierarchical level of your directory, The function of a site object is expected to provide acquire call logging data into TIM Plus; therefore, you need to configure one site for each PBX from a telephone system, as well as serving as a representation of a hierarchical level in your organisation.
TIM Plus allows the logging of data from up to five sites to be logged. If you have telephone systems and a site object must be configured for each one.

The Sites panel is located on the top-left -hand side of your the Directory screen.

To add a site to the Directory, click on the Add button above the
at the top-left of the panel, as shown below

The following screen
window will appear,
which allows you to add the name of the sitewhere you can enter the site's name, the PBX
model and make and model, as well as the connection method
supportedused by your telephone system to deliver call logging data. For information on how to configure the

When you have configured the site's parametersproperties, click on the Add button and to add the new site should appear in to the Directory screen.

A site is a data source, so in theory you could have up to five sites or five PBXs within the system.

Deleting a site

PLEASE NOTE: When you are deleting delete a site, you are deleting all the information contained within the that site: user groups, including its users and the channels, and any calls associated with those usersitems! |
To delete a Site site from the Directory, select the site you would like want to remove, and then click on the Properties button, as shown below:

The
window will appear. Click on the
Delete sitebutton tab at the bottom
-left
-hand side of the
screen window to remove the site from the
system. Next, you will be asked to confirm the deletionDirectory; a confirmation will be required, to prevent
sites the site being deleted accidentally.
