Display boards are screens that allow you to display live information. You can create the display boards from predefined templates or customized to your own requirements, allowing a combination of leader boards, news headlines or CRM information with additional summary panels

The display boards can comprise of one or more of the following componentsA display board is a user-definable screen that can comprise any live, up-to-the-minute information, such as call statistics, leaderboards or RSS feeds. It can also pull content from third-party systems, such as sales management, accounting or CRM software.

Starting from either a blank canvas or from a pre-defined template, a display board can be customised by adding any combination of the following types of panel, using an on-screen designer:

The example above below shows a display board with containing a label panel at the top of screen, followed by a leaderboard panel on the left-hand side, and a series of 6 summary panels on the right-hand side. An RSS panel is displayed at the bottom of the screen. On At the top-left hand side corner of the display board, an additional transparent label panel has been was added containing an image to show how company logo's etc can be added to the board.

Over the next few pages, you will learn how to create and customise your own display boards.

				<p>You simply pick which panels you want to use from the list above. 
				By allowing users to create and customize their own combination of
				leader boards, news headlines or CRM information with additional
				summary panels, there is no limit to the permutations that can be
				achieved.</p>
