TIM Professional allows you to customise replace the names generic name of specific locations you dial to, so that these show instead of the generic location name with more friendly names wherever they feature throughout the system, e.g. reports, call view etc. For example, if you have an office in Manchester and you would like to see the name of the branch as the destination, rather than the generic location name, Manchester, you can apply the following changes:
