TIM Professional allows you to replace the generic name of specific location locations with more friendly names wherever they feature throughout the system, e.g. reports, call view etc. For example, if you have an office in Manchester and you would like to see the name of the branch as the destination, rather than the generic location, you can apply the following changes:
